At Lilagift, each order is carefully handcrafted to ensure fresh flowers, treats, and perfect timing. Because we work with perishable goods and custom preparations, we follow a specific cancellation and refund policy.
🕐 Order Cancellation
Our products include fresh flowers, chocolates, and beverages — all of which are sensitive and prepared in advance. Therefore:

If the order is canceled at least 2 hours before the scheduled delivery, you will receive a 100% full refund.

If the order is canceled at least 1 hour before delivery, a 50% refund will be issued.

If you cancel less than 1 hour before delivery, unfortunately, no refund can be provided as the order has already been prepared and costs incurred.
This policy helps us reduce waste and maintain the quality of our service.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, fresh flowers, food items (such as chocolate, drinks, etc.), and personalized gift boxes cannot be returned.

These items are made for immediate enjoyment and cannot be resold for hygiene and quality reasons.
